ChatRex Commerce Bridge Documentation

Instructions

  • Install the Transport Package using Extras → Installer.
  • Open Extras → ChatRex Commerce Bridge.
  • Configure the public HTTPS storefront URL, MODX context and ISO currency code.
  • Generate a one-time pairing code in ChatRex and paste it into MODX.
  • Accept the data-transfer notice and select Connect.
  • Select Sync now.
  • Schedule core/components/chatrexcommercebridge/cron.php every five minutes.

    • Requires miniShop2 4.4.2-pl or later in the 4.x line, PHP 8.1+, cURL and outbound HTTPS access to app.chatrex.pro. A paid ChatRex plan with the MODX Commerce integration is required.

    • Initial read-only miniShop2 catalog integration.
    • Signed pairing, synchronization and disconnect requests.
    • Full catalog synchronization with retrying outbox worker.
    • Manager page for configuration, status and manual synchronization.
