Blueberry - blue manager theme

This manager theme change the default green to a nice blue corporate color. Can be useful to avoid mistakes when working with multiple website at the same time. It just overwrite the default MODX colors with a custom.css so nothing will break.

When uninstalling, the default theme is back.
