• Renamed usage of rank column to avoid conflict with reserved keywords in MySQL 8. This prevents SQL errors during table creation or queries in newer MySQL versions

• Move to datetime object to prevent forms from breaking when publishing beyond 2038

• Add form action field to which the form will be posted instead of the landingspage (requires latest FormIt.)
